Have heard great things about this book.

How loved was this movie.
A beautiful movie about Wales. Richard Llewelyn was the author of the book which then became the movie. The actors were superb, and the backgrounds were divine: old cottages, rolling green valleys, sheep, and funny old men. Movies are made differently today, but How Green was my Valley is still a corker of a film. Go with it for music, soft Welsh conversation, more music and even more of- Wales.

Richard 111 in my lounge.
I have been looking out for this DVD for some time- most were incredibly expensive. I was lucky this time.
This movie is one of my favourites.
It's a Shakespearian play, Richard 111, but set in the 1940s in World War 2. The actors are wonderful, the sets, spot-on for detail.
It's a "watch again and again" kind of movie, and every time you view it, you'll see something new. Thank you!
