It's ok
Looking at the book at first was a little disappointing. The cover was pretty beat up then I flipped through it and there was some small stains on it. I'm not that bothered by it because it's still readable.

It's alright
I read through it to understand more about my condition. It was kind of informative and gave me a few different perspectives.

My favorite
1 of 1 found this helpful This book is my absolute favorite. The only reason I had to by a new one recently is because I wore the last one I had out where it was unreadable.
