very tough
strong and well designed, you can fit absolutely loads of screws in the tubs. and ive tilted it, none fall across the compartments. really good value kit hopefully it will last but given metal hinges and hasps I do not foresee any issues

So far so good
Been going for a week now without a recharge. Be advised it is far from a simple replacement, amazon didn’t want you to do this so the case and the old battery are all bonded closed. When you take the old battery out it requires considerable patience and a lot of force leaving it all deformed. Wear safely glasses and gloves as there is danger if battery breaks open during this phase. Also when replacing you might need to swap about the foam packing in the batter housing as the cable is slightly different in size. It does fit and all good once you swap it about a bit. Revitalises an ailing kindle for very low cost. Great buy
