Great contemporary romance!
This is the second book in Jill Shalvis's Animal Magnetism series. It is a contemporary romance packed with wit and humor. The characters are likable and believable. It is a very enjoyable read.

An enjoyable anthology of Christmas romance novellas
The book contained four novellas written by romance authors. My favorite was the one by Kate Pearce. They were all light-hearted, fun reads.

A good series opener
1 of 1 found this helpful This was an enjoyable romantic suspense read and the first in the Silver Creek series. The story is set in central Wyoming near Silver Creek which is a rural ranching community. Local ranch owner, Logan Anderson, has employed Leanna Ryan, a master woodcarver from Oregon, to come to his ranch to do some remodeling in his house. Logan and Lea have both dealt with trauma in their lives, but discover that they have a lot in common. However, there are disturbing events happening in and around Silver Creek, so they struggle to stay safe while they get to know each other.
