The Ref
This movie is hysterical! It has these two ordinary people who are in marriage counseling with a doctor who is not getting them the breakthru to save and improve their marriage at all. But that is the least of their worries when they are randomly held hostage by an on the run thief. Unbeknownst to the poor thief, he has just kidnapped a couple who have such deep seated anger issues that every minute of their day is a constant effort to resolve their turmoil...and no kidnapping is going to deter them from their mission! Add to that an obviously dysfunctional rest of the family (inlaws included) and all chaos breaks loose...You will laugh your head off! I originally borrowed this movie from my sister, say 2 years ago...and then just Never Gave It Back...Why? Because I was watching it like every week and every time we had people over and they wanted to watch a film...this was the one we'd watch! Everyone loved it! Eventually, I realized I needed my own copy so I could return hers, so I bid on 3 here on ebay and kept bidding until I won all of them. One is for my own family and the other two are gifts to my 2 favorite people. Gotta share the best video ever!

It's not the bread your grandma used to make! The effects of new seeds.
Great read. When I started having to go to the doctor for all kinds of ailments starting at age 46 (ailments described in this book to a T), I heard about this book from a nurse at the hospital and decided to read it. Now my doctor has me scheduled for a brain MRI for the vertical eye spasms and inability to maintain my balance. I had just started to read this book and by page 50 decided to give up all bread products (thanks to 90% of all wheat in the world is no longer natural wheat---now it is genetically altered at the seed level). By page 50 I'd learned that cells in the grey matter in my brain, unlike the cells in the rest of my body, no longer regenerate, so whatever brain damage is done will stay with me for the rest of my life. Since I already have a hard time finding words to be able to finish my sentences both at work and in my social & family life, I'd like nothing more than to not lose any more of my intelligence thank you very much! The cumulative effects generally hit around age 48-53 so don't wait to read this book (if you are much younger than 48) so you can curb the effects in your future by giving up bread now. Also, there is a cookbook you can order by the same author with the same title included ("Wheat Belly Cookbook") and one with recipes to make in 30 minutes. Basically by giving up wheat, you would shop free range meat (best, but expensive), all the produce you want, (with a healthy mix of fruits and vegetables- preferably the ones that are organic (best, but more expensive than the ones treated with fertilizers). Always be sure to wash your fruits and vegetables thoroughly with dish soap and water then rise off all soap. I hope this review is helpful!
