Up/Down buttons not working properly

If you press up or down on the d-pad it goes over to the right. For example if you press down it registers it as down/right as if you were using a joystick and moving it down and to the right. These controllers shouldn't register those movements at all. Needs to be only Up Down Left Right. Other than that the build quality is good.
