After contacting the seller to inform him that he had sold me a computer with less storage than advertised, he offered me £10 and apologised for the listing being mistyped. I accepted because I was losing too much time and energy to return the item. This typo wasn't just in the title but was written in multiple parts of the listing. As discussed in our private messages, you asked me for a partial refund which I did straight away. The images showed the item was 128GB, but yes a typo had been made on the listing, which I apologized for. It's hurtful after giving you excellent customer service and doing exactly what you wanted, for you to leave this review and brand us "untrustworthy", but I'll do my best in future to ensure accurate listings.

The laptop had some clusters of subpixel faults which was not discovered by the seller, but upon proving to them they apologized and offered a partial refund right away, hopefully covering screen replacement! Thank you!
