I took Growth with a cheap whey protein shake worked well. I will continue to use growth I recommend this product for any one. Blackstone labs are an excellent source for quality supplements. This product works amazing it takes about 3 days to get the full affect my focus is a lot better than normal it works great when at work I get things done a lot faster. Highly recommended.
