Wallace Stegner's worst offering.

Good but basic design flaw
Made out of strong plastic. Bad design with the spigot up too high so near the end of the water, the container needs to be tipped to get water. Need three hands for that. Also the screw on cap can't be used without the spigot because it has a hole in the center for the spigot. A cap should be included.

it's good but with issues
The stand itself is made of quality heavy steel and is easy to assemble without tools. It measures 13 feet in length tip to tip, not the promised 15 feet. The wheel component is flimsy in quality such that it seems like it will break quickly and performs poorly. The hooks and chains on the stand are good and seem like they'll last well. Reasonably good but needs improvement for the price.
