Seems ok, but broke the day I got it.

The mechanism to attach it to the base plate broke easily. It still attaches but wont lock any more. Arms to attach to bike are very expensive. They don't tell you that the base plate that comes with the box won't fit to the specific arms. You have to buy another one!! Another $80! If I had known that I would've bought the cheaper ventura universal sports rack instead of the proper Givi arms and extra base plate.
