    SSD was listed as New Open box, but received a used item with a windows 10 operating system installed and other software that indicated it was used. Checked SMART data and saw numbers that indicated it was not a new open box item according to reads, writes & power on hours. Contacted seller and they said they don’t verify products which is obviously misleading. Would not buy from them again

    We clearly stated that the product is "refurbished". It was received in an open box from the factory, marked as "refurbished." At no point did we advertise it as a "New Open Box" item. Buyers are expected to read the item description carefully before bidding.
