Below-average Quality
This phone has a very low-quality microphone: I gave it to my mother to replace her old phone. It was harder to hear her on this one. She also complained that the sound was not loud enough even though it was turned-up all the way.

Love the Fluke 87V
2 of 2 found this helpful The Fluke 87V is the best multimeter I've ever owned, and I've been in EE development since 1982. It's fast, back-lit, and has a measure-and-hold feature that's easy to use.

Excellent product
I can't speak for the hardness of these bits but for $5 this is a great deal. I really love the case, too, since it prevents the bits from getting lost.
