Rush Fly By Night
1 of 1 found this helpful A good thing about the interent, is that it's brought down the price of many articles, including cd's. I'm all for the artist receiving a good price for their work, but seeing as this cd is from 1975, I guess Rush have made plenty of money from it over the years, what with vinyl and cd reissue's. The shop I purchased from were very friendly, quick to post the item and cheap!
The cd or album itself is a very early piece from Rush, still raw, but with enough tunes and promise to keep the listener interested. For Rush fans, it's probably a completist album, rather than an essential. Fly by Night, the title track is a great little single and longer pieces such as BY-Tor and In the End brood along quite nicely. Great musicianship (God the guys were around 20!) and soaring fresh vocals from Geddy Lee.
Rush are now not far behind the top three groups with continuous sales of Platinum and Gold disks! Not bad for a band that are never featured on tv! (unlike Abba, Take That, Westlife etc)

A small unassuming book that can change your life.
How many books could one recommend to friends, in the knowledge that it may transorm their lives? Whether Buddhist or not, all the teachings in this book will help you understand why your life is the way it is and what you can do about changing your future. The book contains chapters on friends, anger, compassion, gratitude, helping and how to interact with others. It's a book I've recommended to friends and carried around in my bergen on many yomps.

It really does what it's advertised to do - keeping your CPU really cool.
Be Quiet are a great brand from Germany who make solid products. This large cooler was easy to install if you're patient. Put the truss bar on before you carefully place the unit onto the CPU. There is a knack of putting the fans on. It does what it says too, as I've been using a brand new i9 9900k and for normal operation, it keeps the CPU at 23-25c. Work loads it keeps it around 28-35c. It IS quiet. I can't hear it in operation, that and I'm using a Be Quiet Dark Pro v.2 case.
Solid made and the cpu plate is like a mirror - most important for heat transfer. I can't see me needing to get into water cooling while ever Be Quiet are competing with Noctua D-15 fans.
