Connie Crothers makes every day I play her music into a better day!
Connie Crothers has been one of my great discoveries of the last fifteen years. She is a complete master of the piano and this permits her ideas to flow effortlessly. And whatvideas! She careses, cajoles and attacks the piano but the result is always rhythmic and impassioned. A fream is to go to the USA and hear her in live concert.

Herwig and Silver..a perfect Combination.
This is an exciting and well conceived tribute to Silver's music. The entire band are at their fiery best and the entire CD is as exciting as the first and last tracks, both of which are kickers. In my own opinion jazz is primarily a joyous music and this is among the most joyous, effervescent and lively suites of music I have heard in years. I heard a track from it on my local 3PBS latin jazz show here in lockdown Melbourne and ordered it within 5 minutes. It is SO powerful. Get it NOW!
