Item came as described new in the package. Package was missing a rubber seat. Used an old seat and product worked. Was not sellers fault. I didn't notice it was missing until I opened and went to replace old stems, seats and springs. Product stopped leak around stem using old seat. Fault was in packaging department at factory. Thanks for the delta product. I have much better success with delta over danco.
