Less than ideal
2 of 2 found this helpful The ravioli maker requires perfect dough that is perfectly loaded into the attachment, with the filling perfect loaded. If you fail to do even 1 thing perfectly, you have a mess rather than ravioli. It was much easier to make ravioli using ice cube trays. I have all of the other KitchenAid pasta attachments and love them. I don't believe this one compares.
