Made Great Bread
The bread maker was exactly as described. I have baked 3 loaves of bread, different recipes, and they all came out great. The loaves I tried were on the sweet side, Sally Lunn, cinnamon sugar, and "cake mix" bread. Because the recipes included ingredients, such as more sugar, egg, cake mix, and cinnamon, I used vital gluten to make sure that they would rise properly. Certain ingredients can affect how well a loaf rises. The operation is simple. You put the ingredients in the pan, put it into the machine, close the lid, and plug it in. Then you press one button to select the type of bread, one button to select the loaf size, one button to select the loaf color, then the start button. That's it. The bread type that I selected was "sweet bread". The medium sized loaf was a perfect size. It rose to just over the top of the bread pan, so I suspect that the large size loaf would have risen too much. This may be because I used the vital gluten. The display screen doesn't have a backlight, so It can be a bit difficult to read. I had to make sure the machine was not under the shadow of a kitchen cabinet.
