  This figure arrived not as described with the bubble on the card all pushed in and after picking g it back out it has creases on all corners. The seller sent the package bubble wrapped but only in a plastic bag. As an in box collector this makes a difference and after sending a message to the seller his response was basically “bad luck I have had no one else complain!!” If you are an in box collector stay away from this seller

  What the buyer neglected to mention is that I did apologise for the (negligible) damage, but once sent it's out of my hands. Maybe take it up with Australia Post? If the buyer wanted extra protection, he should have specified during purchase, which other buyers have done previously. Also, said purchase was bought at a discount, so much so I lost money on the sale. Just take the win, as a few dings isn't really worth getting cheesed off about. Please get some perspective.   Great figure! New as advertised! Timely delivery! Postage could be cheaper tho since it’s not usually this expensive for me to post a single figure still in box.

  While I appreciate the feedback, the postage fees charged are as per those levied by Australia Post, and I would always prefer to send an item with tracking rather than going for the cheapest option and then have it go missing in transit/on delivery.
