TERRIBLE SELLER! Worst experiencie that I already had on EBay. I bought the wine glasses because the seller described the model as a XL (26oz ) ) but the real glasses were L model (19oz). He copied the wrong description on Baccarat’s site and sold me a cheaper item describing the expensive one. At the moment I received the glasses I tried to contact the seller, that totally refused receive the item back. It was my worst experience dealing with sellers on EBay. I strongly not recommend him

The Phanatic bank was excellent, but the Halladay number was broken. Sent pics and asked what the seller could do. I didn’t get very far with that. I was able to repair it to a serviceable state with super glue. To say these were new in box was probably not 100% honest. The Halladay was certainly handled in and out of the packaging at least a few times. Wish the seller would have offered to make it right. Haven’t heard back from him. Avoid this seller. Has other broken items in their feedback.

Seller did not protect the glass head. Was just placed in a box with no bubble wrap or packing materials around the head. The seller wanted $35 for the shipping costs and material for it to just be placed in a box. The head arrived completely shattered. The seller became very aggressive when I messaged them about the broken item. Had to open a case with eBay to receive my refund. Be warned.
