"Much more than self defense!"
1 of 1 found this helpful These discs are as advertised, they instruct you on how to survive an attack, not achieve points or even a submission, but end the attack by ending the assailants ability to continue; I've never even heard of anything like it. The best way to survive a thug attack, period!
