Campagnolo handlebar gear levers.
1 of 1 found this helpful These gearlevers were a "Must have" in the 1960's and 1970's. These lever's enabled you to ride along without taking your hands off the handlebars. They can be a fiddle to insert the gearlever into the body when mounted onto the handlebars. But once done they work well.
