A bit slow but works great
About 2 times slower than the built-in storage but still the best solution for old macbooks imho. My crude tests show (encryption is enabled on both):
built-in: read 193MB/s, write 67MB/s
jetdrive: read 72MB/s, write 35MB/s
It's not flush with the side of my macbook but sits in prety good. Sometimes I just toss my Air into the backpack without any cover and the card has never came off. Please note that there are different models of this card for different macbooks.
