A good machine
We transferred to this product having previously used a Nespresso capsule system and so far we are pleased with the new machine. It isn't quite so "slick" and it is noisier. BUT we were concerned at the non recyclable nature of nespresso (for those like us who don't live close to the nespresso retail outlets and by the fact that the capsules apparently contain other products. And despite the De' Longhi being more expensive to purchase the ongoing costs are likely to be a lot less as the capsules are relatively expensive.
It only took a few minutes to work out how to use it
