I Love It

This is a great bar. Ergonomically it's very good for bicep curls and great for triceps extensions. I also love that it comes with collars that screw on, rather than spring collars. If there is 1 complaint, it would be that there isn't any knurling on the inside angle. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied !!!

Great Stuff !!!

I wake up at 2:25am every morning to go to work. I'm not a pre workout or coffee person, but I need a little pick me up to get things going. I take 1 cap as soon as I wake up with a probiotic and a glass of water, and it works great. I've bought 2 bottles so far and I plan on buying many more in the future !!!

My Favorite Blades

I have been DE shaving now for about 2 years and have tried around 15 different blades. Astra Superior Stainless are my favorite. Most people know Astra for their other DE blade. the Astra Superior Platinum. While the Astra SP is a darn good blade, I prefer the Astra SS. To me it fells a little bit sharper but still has the smoothness of the Astra SP. Astra Superior Stainless blades are sharp, smooth and consistent. Another thing I love about Astra blades is that they don't require any adjustment in my razors. Most other blades need to be slightly adjusted to align perfectly straight. Not Astra. They sit perfectly straight as soon as I tighten the razor! Shipping was very fast, arriving well ahead of the ETA. Highly recommended !!!
