  I asked the seller for more pictures from different angles, and they sent pictures. The kittens looked dirty/dusty in the pictures. I asked about the one kitten, and the seller sent me pictures of that one all cleaned up. When the kittens came two of them were still dirty/dusty. I simply cleaned them off. When they were sent they were not wrapped in bubble wrap, but simply put in a box filled with Styrofoam pellets/peanuts. One kitten has a tiny hole in it - damage from shipping.
