Not compatable with windows 10
software drivers get updated by windows 10 then it will not work

poorly made
I have bought 2 the first 1 lasted about 10 hours and the allen screws in the head all vibrated loose causing the worm gear to strip. Thought it might be a 1 of so bought a new one.Checked all the screws and used locktite to make sure it never happened again. This one the chain oiler never worked from the first moment it started . Find although the motor and shafts are reasonable anything to do with the cutting head seems designed to fail
