  Awful experience. I did everything to rectify the situation and did rectify it and the customer was still not happy. Leaving bad reviews all over my account when I fixed the misunderstanding and refunded her money for the mistaken listing and then corrected it. When it was the customer who neglected to tell me that she’d already purchased one of the items she wanted me to create a listing for her to combine shipping.
