Unreliable and noisy
At least once a week the power board will cut power to connected appliances for no reason whatsoever. This is an issue when you have a computer connect to external drives and can cause major problems if the computer is writing to the external disk at the time power is cut. The power board also makes a clicking every so often, even when no appliances are on.
I DO NOT recommend this power board.

Well made and reliable
For the last few months this gigabit switch has been faultlessly routing packets around my home network. Even with simultaneous gaming, YouTube, Netflix, Spotify and NAS backup (Time Machine) traffic, I have experienced no issues. I do wish it had dedicated packet collision LEDs, but there are other (perhaps more informative) ways of diagnosing network issues.
Recommended for anyone who needs an 8 port or less gigabit switch.
