Healthy start to my day
I make a drink with this every morning and am positive it adds to my health and wellbeing.

Good basic instructions.
Easy to read format with clear directions - bought to complement the Sheffield Hot Air Fryer.
As a vegetarian however (the book has mainly meat dishes) it does not have many recipes that I can follow - I look forward to trying out the dessert range. I do hope that I can use this as a guide to help me cook the types of savoury foods that I do actually eat.
