Zune aces Ipod in Library keeping

I feel like a cheater, comparing Zune against Ipod, but without having purchased an Ipod first, I couldn't say anything. Ipod is limited by the requirement to use ITunes software which is intelligent enough to make a mess of your music and video libary.. Please, go back to "kindergarten" for us, Apple. Zune is this level. No big conversions needed, plays .wma without complaint, easy to transfer music, no big conversion time delays(can you say "dayS" to sync an Ipod?)no big issue with videos. My hubby bought 3rd generation, I bought a used 1st generation for backup and he followed suit. We're believers. Not only that, was able to talk "tech" at Target, of all places. Great support. I’m IT, so easy without manuals to set up and manage

I know how to set up, without struggle. Thus unit arrived in packing secure enough to keep an egg from breaking. I appreciate that. My last Workforce was a 3540, which Is discontinued. Darn. This is darn near as good a model for my needs.
