Minor flows
Pros Looks nice. Water tight. Cons Very glossy, scratches very easy especially while being fitted. Should come with protective foil. Lid can't be fixed in open position, it is fiddly to remove post. Bit short for A4 mail. Inside should be 5 cm taller.

Got two faulty items in a row
This one was a replacement and had the same fault like the first one. The water tank filled up despite having it connected to a vent and continuous draining too, in any combination. Even during heating. It also seemed that air conditioning was on while heating and this resulted in very low air temperature so heating wasn't efficient at all. I had to return and went for another brand.

Moults/sheds extremely, are unusable
These towels moult/shed extremely, are unusable. The skin gets black after touching it, even after 4 washes.
