Flat feet
These inserts apparently have a good arch support but they are uncomfortable for someone like me with big feet (size 13). By comparison, the inserts that can be had at Rite-Aid for half the price are comfortable and do the job. In fact, they cured my plantar fasciitis within about two weeks of wear.

Italian
This is a good little handbook for those who do not speak Italian, and for some who do. I speak Italian but I don't know everything about Italy so the special sections are helpful.
