  I always make sure that the case is perfect before i ship. I always ship it in a padded envelope or Lp box. Clearly it cracked during shipping. you received an excellent Criterion Blu ray for a very very good price with free shipping . It is not uncommon to receive a cd or dvd in the mail that is cracked . It even happens when buying from Amazon and other large vendors. Blaming me for the damaged in mail case with a neutral feedback is a little unfair and harsh.
