Excellent and practical

This book has so many ideas and strategies to try when assisting my 4 year old granddaughter before, during and after a meltdown. I have begun to use some of the ideas and sometimes they work, which is better than before my reading. It is such a useful book and easy to read. Even my granddaughter is interested in what is inside each chapter. She seemed happy that I was reading a book that can help her. Definitely worth the money.

Amazing product

This product really works. Not near as much soreness in the morning and I get a really good nights sleep. No worries with the bowels being affected either. A great product, one I will definitely be purchasing again.
