Wished it had...!
The service was complete. However I wished they would have included a scematicor diagram to tell me what wire or connector goes where! So I did notgive it higher than 3

Not what I needed!
I needed a cable that would attach a SATA hard drive to the Dell motherboard. This one would not plug in into the hard drive! They needed more information about the product. In addition, I would have liked to have exchanged it for the right one. I do not get my social security until the 1st week of the month so I could not afford to return it until then.

It came as scheduled
It came as scheduled and works fine. However as with all Bachmann track pieces it was too expensive. It is a five star product but I gave it 4 because of the price.
