Bad printing

After cleaning the print heads and aligning them, the color print is faded and spotty. Unacceptable print quality. Seller says he tested it. I contacted him to ask what kind of printing he conducted and have not had a reply. As far as I'm concerned, it was a sham and he won't own up to it.
