Second lens we've been through

Good lens for traveling as it provides a nice range of zoom for holiday snaps. Picture quality has been good compared to others. Sadly this is the second lens I've been through. The motor that controls the aperture in the first went cactus after a couple of years, and it's a non replaceable part (according to info I found on sony tech sites). We'll see how long this one lasts.

OK but didn't quite fit the bike

Was OK but the bracket which allows you to fix to seat stay wasn't quite long enough for the bike, even when set to it's maximum length. I need to make my own bracket to provide the additional stability.
