Exactly as promised
Well made and packaged. Easy to install. Took heavy loading usage for days. No problems. Only the slightest rumble from moving heads--when ear 24 inches away. Makes me wish I'd bought a bigger NAS than my Synology DS218J

Add your own lubricant
Good product, genuine Moen, new. Slight niggle: description unclear--this package does =not= contain the silicone lubricant. You need to use some you already have, or buy a tube for a few dollars.
