Be careful, claimed item was damaged, yet set it up and got rid of packaging. Surely you would stop and think about returning. Agreed to partial refund and then moaned about it later, full refund was offered provided item was returned. I even offered to collect item and response was, why would you want item back 🙄 ( because if its damaged and I'm giving your money back, why should you keep it. Tell tell signs of damaging it themselves).. Sellers be warned. They will do you out of pocket

Very realistic flame effect without the mess of a real fire
This is my second Dimplex Optimyst fire, my first lasted four and a half years. Very realistic flame effect, complements a traditional fireplace beautifully
