Over price piece of junk

If you want something reliable and most important affordable do not buy this overpriced piece of junk that is full of issues, buy the ZTE velocity instead which the only diferencie between the explore and this is that the explore can charge your phone or tablet which isn't a big deal if you compare the prices between this 2 hotspots another thing that is important toemtion is that the ZTE is at least 100 dls cheaper than this piece of junk but most importantly is as reliable or even better that the unite explore, the only reason I gave this hotspot 2 stars is because it can care your phone NOT!

Way more expensive but not better than other hotspots

This device is 4 times more expensive than other models such as att unite series, att explore, zte velocity, mifi liberate, however it performs the same as other affordable hotspots no difference there, this device is 5g compatible but unfortunately this technology isnt there yet so it isnt worth it to purchase it now, my advice is to buy a cheaper hotspot as is now they perform the same in poor and good signal areas and you will save a ton of money!

its apain to get it connected

there is no way to know when this thing/controller is connected Sometimes it will connect fine other times it wont. Also putting and taking out batteries are a real hassle, when it connects works good that is the only thing good about this controller. also the battery cover is very difficult to remove, I broke mine the first day I tried to get access to the battery compartment
