Works perfectly with FreeSSM and Win7 plugged into 2002 Subaru Outback
2 of 2 found this helpful Used this cable on a 2002 Subaru Outback using FreeSSM on Windows 7. No need to download any drivers, the cable installed automatically, (all you need to do is check to see what COM port it has installed into, and then enter that in the pull-down menu of FreeSMM). This cable is worth many times the price. Shipped fast.

It's NOT a battery, it's a Banshee paperweight, it's also not a warranty when they won't respond.
1 of 1 found this helpful These batteries do not last. And after they die a quick death, there's no bringing them back to life. My lithium charger doesn't even recognize that a battery is attached. They claim a two year warranty, which is worthless if the seller will not respond after THREE messages through Ebay. This battery had VERY little reserve capacity, even before it quit completely. It lasted three months. Better batteries that cost much less last two years or better. A google search will reveal this "Banshee" brand to have common premature failures. Claiming to have a superior warranty than the competition is an empty lie. You don't answer my RMA request. I send three inquiries over a two week period with no response. Anyone who is considering this battery please heed my warning: Do not burn your hundred dollars on this chinese paperweight. Get a REAL battery. After all, the only truth to be had is right on the battery case: "It's NOT a battery, it's a banshee". It turns out, that a "banshee" is a battery that only works for three months. Tomorrow I will buy a real battery, for less money, and it won't be from these non responsive thieves.
