Cleans deeply and well designed
The V11 has lots of suction and cleans carpet deeply. We are a pet-free family so we chose the torque drive. It is harder to push across heavy carpet than expected, but it leaves a nice clean nap behind. We like how it automatically changes motor speed going from heavy carpet to tile. Tool choices easily click into lace. Seems well designed.

New with a broken face but useable
The product was actually new. But... there is always a but..the unit's face was cracked. A thank you note attached to the unit said thank you for purchasing the item as it saved it from being sent to the land fill. I agree and appreciate the idea. I just wish that information had been shared ahead of time. I put a line of Super Glue over the crack on the face and then added a screen protector to the top of that. I would expect the unit to last a long time now.
