I will learn from my contributions to it. I will say that we do see the situation, context, and facts differently in this case. The feedback doesn't account for the amount and speed of communication, the complexity dealing with larger shipments US/overseas, and the rapid nature of the full refund (...and that a refund is allowed by eBay for things like this). Terrific value
There are better options in terms of pure quality, but the price point, build, and performance are hard to beat.

Great OEM battery replacement
I can’t yet speak to how the batteries will holdup over time, but out of the box they are just as good as the OEM versions and the small dual charger is a big bonus.

It works, period!
It works very well - as advertised - on an A7RIII with a few different Sony and Tamron A-mount (SSM/SAM) lenses.
