Never without my Calms!
It works perfect for lifes little anxious moments. Nights that sleep won't come. I would never not have a bottle. No side effects for me. I don't use pharmas so I can't say on the interractions with them. Calms is the best choice for me.

Love, Pain & The Whole Crazy Thing Keith Urban
Big Urban fan here. I of course had to add this newest one to my collection. To me, it is a disappointment in many ways. From The Ranch to Golden Road to Be Here there is one consistency with Urban's music: His sound. The infamous guitar riffs, his smile in his voice, the sadness we hear and share, and that one 'thing' that always lets you know this is Keith. This CD is missing that to me. The songs are not the hopeful, motivating, hand out the window in the wind tunes. The edge isn't here. If this is the direction Keith is going with his music then I won't be buying another. It's just too "all over the place". There is no consistency, that Keith sound is nowhere to be found, it's just got no umph to me. Yeah, there's a catchy tune or two--but nothing magical, that screams Keith Urban. Disappointment unfortunately.

Very comfy, qood quality, regulates temp very well
I am very happy with this purchase. It is very different than your normal egg crate pad. The zones are in the right locations. No hot stuffy feeling. It breathes well. I have this under a mattress topper then a mattress pad on top of it all. My pillow top mattress has a few years in it's age and while very good quality it needed some 'up dating'. Like a new mattress now but cushier, more cozy and yet more supportive. Highly recommend.
