3M Gel Mouse Pad
Before I started using this product, I had issues with cramping during extended typing. I was worried about carpal tunnel, so I looked around and settled on trying this out. I'm actually on my second one now. It is very comfortable to use and I don't have issues with cramping like I used to. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because my first one eventually broke around the edges, leaking out the gel from the inside. I think a premium product like this should last longer than 3 months without wearing out. But I liked it well enough that I bought another one anyway.

Helps with sleep
Helps my wife sleep. Not particularly cheap but worth it.
