Works fine for the type of scanner it is.
This item works great with windows XP once the latest Minolta Dimage driver is installed and it is connected to an Adaptec SCSI card. It works with my Adobe photo program as well as an older version of MGI Photosuite. The key is turning on the scanner before booting up your computer. Once boot up is complete turn the scanner off and back on again. The photo programs will then recognize it as a Twain 32 device and open the software. If you do not turn the scanner off and back on the second time the programs will not see the scanner. Have not tried to work it with windows 7 or 8 yet.

DVR for broadcast TV
Best and least expensive DVR and HD tuner I have seen. Records flawlessly to thumb drive or hard drive. Recording to a FAT32 formatted thumb drive creates multiple files for a 2 hour movie due to FAT32 limitations so use hard drive if you want to save the movie to your computer.. Over air broadcasts of major networks is better than cable or sattelite as it is uncompressed
