It really works!
1 of 1 found this helpful I take it to reduce my triglyceride level (something to do with cholesterol). It lowered them to VERY low levels! I break the tablet in half, and take one in the AM with breakfast, and one right before bed in the PM. NOTE: If you take a full tablet at once, you are likely to get the tingling/flushed feeling - don't do it = take half in the morning, and half at night.
Also, you are likely to get a better price per tablet, buying in quantities over 100 (250 count is usually pretty nicely priced per tablet).
In any case, I highly recommend this item - it worked wonderfully for me!
