I quite like the phone, when I first received it the battery was to loose a fit and it kept cutting out.
I finally worked out that the battery was to loose a fit and packed it out to tighten it now works OK.
I have purchased a new battery and installed it no problem now.
I don't know what a small form factor is.

EASY TO USE
I AM UNABLE TO GET TO MY FILTER WITHOUT THIS TOOL NOW IT IS SO EASY WITH THE HALF INCH DRIVE NO PROBLEM AT ALL.

Great item light weight and easy to use.
I have had one of these for a number of years I found it to be a great utensil for my weber barby I had to buy a replacement as the lead from the temp probe became unserviceable.
