A beautiful book that will not disappoint the most discerning young listene
What a beautiful book!!! This book has beautiful colours on every page. The illustrations are magical. The story is simple enough for a two year old but can still hold a four year old in awe. One of the nicest children's book that I have purchased in a long time. You will not be disappointed.

An old classic, as good today as it was when first released and enjoyed now as much by my grandchildren as it was by my children

leave this book on the shelf
this book was purchased for two male grandchildren aged 3 and 4 (nearly five). in the words of Mr 4, "this book is stupid". While I do not like his choice of language I have to agree with his review. Nothing in this book would make me read it to the boys again, in fact it will go to the Op Shop with our next delivery. Total waste of money. It is really boring and the illustrations are nothing special.
