A little work-horse!
I have several machines of this model in my office and out of nowhere, everyone started asking for a scanner/copier for their department. I've order 4 of these to streamline the toners that I'll need to keep on hand. So far, all are installed and no one has moaned about anything. These are great little machines if you do a good deal of scanning. They're obsolete at this point, so finding refurbs is/was the best way to go.
